Turun kauppatieteiden ylioppilaat ry pitää sääntömääräisen kevätkokouksensa keskiviikkona 29.4.2026 klo 08:30 kauppakorkeakoulun Lähitapiola-salissa. Yhdistyksessä ylintä päätösvaltaa käyttävät yhdistyksen kokoukset. Kokouksessa äänivaltaisia ovat kaikki yhdistyksen varsinaiset jäsenet. Omaa äänioikeuttaan voi käyttää vain paikan päällä kokouksessa. Kokousta voi seurata myös etänä Turun KY:n Youtube-kanavan livestriimin kautta.
Kokouksessa hyväksytään huomionosoitustoimikunnan kokoonpano, taloussektorin muutokset, taloudenhoidonohjesäännön päivitys, toimijaryhmäohjesäännön päivitys, jaosto-ohjesäännön päivitys sekä kunniaseuraohjesäännön päivitys. Lisäksi esitellään vuoden 2025 toimintakertomus, tilinpäätös ja tilintarkastajien lausunto sekä myönnetään vastuuvapaus edelliselle hallitukselle ja muille vastuuvelvollisille.
Kokouksen sujuvuuden parantamiseksi toivomme, että perehdytte kokousmateriaaleihin jo etukäteen. Mikäli teillä on kysyttävää kokouksesta tai sen asialistasta, niin kysymyksiä voi ja kannattaa esittää etukäteen hallituksen puheenjohtajalle Emma Torniaiselle (puheenjohtaja@tuky.fi)

The Association of the Economics Students in Turku will hold its Spring Assembly on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, at 08:30 in the Lähitapiola Hall at TSE. In the Association, the highest decision-making power is exercised by the general Assemblies of the Association. All members of the association have the right to vote at the Assembly. Voting rights can only be exercised in person at the Assembly. You may follow the Assembly remotely through the YouTube livestream, which will be held on Turun KY’s channel.
In the Assembly, the following will be approved: The composition of the Honorary Council, changes to Turun KY’s Finance Sector, updates to the rules for financial management, updates to the guidelines for clubs, updates to the guidelines for committees and updates to the honorary society regulation. Additionally, the 2025 annual report, financial statement, and auditors’ statement will also be presented, and discharge from liability will be granted to the previous year’s board and other responsible parties.
To improve the efficiency of the meeting, we hope that you will familiarise yourself with the meeting materials in advance. If you have any questions about the Assembly or the agenda, feel free to ask them in advance from the chair of the board, Emma Torniainen (puheenjohtaja@tuky.fi)
