Turun KY hakee vuosijuhlatiimiä!
On tullut aika pyyhkiä juhlavuoden humut ja kääntää katseet kohti vuoden kohokohtaa, vuosijuhlakautta!
Vuosijuhlakausi ja sen kruunaavat Turun KY:n vuosijuhlat ovat vuoden kohokohta, jolloin kuntalaiset kaivavat parhaimpansa kaapistaan ja kokoontuvat yhdessä juhlimaan arvokasta yhdistystämme. Juhlissa korostuvat pitkä historiamme sekä perinteet, mutta myös uskallus uudistua ja kehittyä. Tämän mahdollistaa ennen kaikkea innostunut ja sitoutunut vuosijuhlatiimi, johon haetaan nyt uusia tekijöitä. Oletpa sitten pupu tai jo melkein kaiken kokenut rusakko – me halutaan sut!
Vuosijuhlatiimi vastaa tuottajien johdolla koko vuosijuhlakauden suunnittelusta, ideoinnista sekä toteutuksesta. Kyseessä on laaja kokonaisuus joka koostuu monesta eri osa-alueesta, joten tehtäviä on tarjolla monipuolisesti. Valmistelut käynnistyvät jo alkuvuodesta, jotta 76. vuosijuhlat voivat tarjota arvoisensa ja mieleenpainuvan kokonaisuuden.
Tiimi rakentuu pienemmistä kokonaisuuksista, joilla jokaisella on omat vastuualueensa. Näin varmistamme, että jokainen pääsee hyödyntämään omia vahvuuksiaan ja tekemään sitä, missä kokee olevansa parhaimmillaan!
Edellytämme kaikilta hakijoilta:
- Hyviä yhteistyötaitoja
- Oma-aloitteisuutta
- Motivaatiota ja sitoutumista täysillä projektiin (viikottaiset kokoukset)
- Organisointi- ja paineensietokykyä
Eduksi katsomme:
- Aiempi kokemus tapahtumien järjestämisestä
- Innovatiivisuus ja ymmärrys vuosijuhlakokonaisuudesta ja sen kehittämisestä
Tiimeihin voi hakea yksin tai yhdessä parin kanssa! Otathan huomioon, että hakiessasi parin kanssa teidät arvioidaan yhdessä. Jos tunnet, että juuri sinulla (ja parillasi) on annettavaa tälle ainutlaatuiselle projektille ja haluat mukaan tiimiin, lähetä meille vapaamuotoinen hakemus, jossa vastaat(te) ainakin seuraaviin kysymyksiin:
- Mihin tiimiin haet ensisijaisesti? Oletko kiinnostunut mahdollisesti myös muista tiimeistä?
- Minkälaista osaamista sinulla on, jonka koet olevan hyödyksi juuri kyseisessä tiimissä?
- Mitä uutta haluaisit nähdä tämän vuoden vuosijuhlilla?
- Oletko ollut TuKYn toiminnassa mukana? Missä?
Vuosijuhlatiimiin valitaan 12 henkilöä, ja vastuut jakautuvat tiimiläisten osaamisen ja kiinnostuksen mukaan seuraavasti:
Fiinitiimi (2 hlö):
Vastuussa pääjuhlasta.
Sillistiimi (2 hlö):
Vastuussa silliksestä.
Juhlatiimi (2 hlö):
Vastuussa jatkoista ja cocktail-tilaisuudesta.
- Jatkovastaava – Vastuussa pääjuhlan ja silliksen jatkoista.
- Kokkarivastaava – Vastuussa pääjuhlaa edeltävästä kutsuvieraiden cocktail-tilaisuudesta.
Markkinointi- ja viestintätiimi (2 hlö):
Vastuussa viestinnästä, markkinoinnista sekä visuaalisesta ilmeestä. Pestiin hakijoilta edellytetään kokemusta AD-tehtävistä tai muita pestiin soveltuvia taitoja.
- Art Director (AD) – Vastuussa visuaalisesta ilmeestä sekä markkinoinnista.
- Viestintävastaava – Vastuussa koko tiimin viestinnästä sekä markkinoinnista.
Taloustiimi (4 hlö):
Vastuussa yritysyhteistyöstä ja rahoituksesta. Yrityssuhdevastaavien vastuualueet jakautuvat perinteisesti joko pääjuhlaa tai silliaamiaista koskevaan kokonaisuuteen, vastuualueet päätetään valintojen jälkeen.
- Controller – Eduksi katsotaan budjetointi- ja taloushallinnon kokemus.
- Kolme yrityssuhdevastaavaa – Eduksi katsotaan kokemus myyntityöstä tai yrityssuhteista.

Toivomme hakemuksia niin uusilta kuin kokeneemmiltakin kuntalaisilta. Hakijat kutsutaan tarvittaessa haastatteluun hakemuksen perusteella. Hakijoita voidaan haastatella jo hakuaikana tai sen loppumisen jälkeen. Lopulliset valinnat tehdään mahdollisten haastatteluiden ja hakemusten perusteella Turun KY:n henkilövalintojen ohjesäännön mukaan.

It is time to brush off the dust of the anniversary year and turn our eyes toward the highlight of the year, the Annual Ball season!
The Annual Ball season, crowned by the Annual Ball of Turun KY, is the highlight of the year, when members take out their finest from their wardrobes and gather together to celebrate our esteemed association. The celebrations emphasise our long history and traditions, but also our courage to renew and develop. This is made possible above all by an enthusiastic and committed Annual Ball Team, and we are now looking for new members to join it. Whether you are a newcomer or an almost-everything-experienced veteran – we want you!
Under the leadership of the producers, the Annual Ball Team is responsible for planning, ideation, and execution of the entire Annual Ball season. This is a broad project consisting of many different areas, so there are a wide variety of tasks available. Preparations begin already early in the year so that the 76th Annual Ball can offer a worthy and memorable experience.
The team is built from smaller units, each with its own areas of responsibility. This ensures that everyone can utilise their strengths and do what they feel they are best at!
We expect all applicants to have:
- Good collaboration skills
- Proactiveness
- Motivation and commitment to fully engage in the project (weekly meetings)
- Organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Considered an advantage:
- Previous experience in organising events
- Innovativeness and understanding of the Annual Ball as a whole and its development
You may apply to the teams alone or together with a partner! Please note that if you apply as a pair, you will be evaluated together. If you feel that you (and your partner) have something to contribute to this unique project and wish to join the team, please send us a free-form application answering at least the following questions:
- Which team are you primarily applying to? Are you also interested in other teams?
- What kind of skills do you have that you feel would be useful in that team?
- What new elements would you like to see at this year’s Annual Ball?
- Have you been involved in TuKY’s activities before? In which?
A total of 12 people will be selected for the Annual Ball Team, and responsibilities will be divided according to the team members’ skills and interests as follows:
Gala Team (2 people):
Responsible for the main celebration.
Sillis Team (2 people):
Responsible for the sillis.
Party Team (2 people):
Responsible for the afterparty and the cocktail event.
- Afterparty Manager – Responsible for the main celebration afterparty and the sillis afterparty.
- Cocktail Event Manager – Responsible for the invited guests’ cocktail event held prior to the main celebration.
Marketing and Communications Team (2 people):
Responsible for communications, marketing, and the visual identity. Applicants for this role are required to have experience in AD tasks or other relevant skills suitable for the position.
- Art Director (AD) – Responsible for the visual identity and marketing.
- Communications Manager – Responsible for communications and marketing for the entire team.
Finance Team (4 people):
Responsible for corporate cooperation and funding. The responsibilities of the corporate relations managers are traditionally divided between the main celebration and the sillis breakfast; final responsibility areas will be decided after selections.
- Controller – Experience in budgeting and financial management is considered an advantage.
- Three Corporate Relations Managers – Experience in sales or corporate relations is considered an advantage.
