Turun KY hakee TuKY-Speksille tuottajia vuodelle 2026
Rakas TuKY-Speksimme on tuonut kuntalaisten draaman nälkään lääkettä jo vuodesta 2009. Olisitko sinä oikea henkilö varmistamaan, ettei tämä draama ensi keväänäkään TuKYltä puutu? Sykkiikö sydämesi luovalle projektille, jossa saat tehdä produktiosta juuri omannäköisesi?
TuKY-Speksi on viihdyttävä opiskelijateatterispektaakkeli, jossa yhdistyvät interaktiivisen improteatterin sekä musikaalin elementit. Interaktiivisuus näkyy yleisön ja esiintyjien vuorovaikutuksessa, kun katsojat kykenevät vaikuttamaan lavalla tapahtuviin asioihin huutamalla “Omstart!”. Tällöin lavalla juuri tehty asia tehdään toisella tapaa. Produktio tavoittaa vuosittain lähes 1000 katsojaa, ja mahdollistaa henkireiän lähes 70 opiskelijalle useiden eri tehtävien parissa!
”Suurin osa tuottajien työstä painottuu produktion alkuun loppukeväälle ja alkusyksylle. Kevään lopulla avasimme ensimmäisen kierroksen vastaava- ja erikoispestihakuja sekä rekrysimme käsikirjoitustiimin ja ohjaajan. Syksyn puolella täydensimme rangan pestejä jatkohaulla, ja organisoimme tiimiläisten rekrytoinnin. Kokonaisuudessaan tuottajat hoitavat rekryjen lisäksi kokousten johtamisen, budjetin laatimisen (controllerin kanssa), harjoittelupaikkojen varaamisen, tiedonkulun sujuvoittamisen, tiimien tukemisen ja esiintymispaikan varaamisen seuraavan vuoden produktiolle. Alkutalvesta ja vuodenvaihteen jälkeen tiimit alkavat keskittyä omiin osa-alueisiinsa, ja produktio alkaa pyöriä kaikkien erikoisosaamisen avulla.”

Tuottajan roolissa saat kerryttää ainutlaatuista kokemusta projektijohtamisesta sekä kokea speksin syvimmän olemuksen pitäessäsi lankoja käsissäsi jokaisen tiimin osalta. Projekti kestää noin vuoden ja vaatii hakijalta sitoutumista, mutta tarjoaa samalla tilaisuuden päästä luomaan ainutkertaista show’ta suuren tiimin kanssa!
Jätä jälkesi TuKYn kulttuuriperintöön ja jätä hakemus joko yksin tai parin kanssa! Mikäli tehtävään haetaan yksin, yhdistetään yksin hakevista lopuksi tuottajapari. Turun KY is looking for a producer pair for TuKY-Speksi 2026
TuKY-Speksi, our cherished tradition, has been fulfilling the drama cravings of our community since 2009. Are you the ideal candidate to ensure that this drama remains an integral part of TuKY next spring? Does your heart resonate with the idea of embarking on a creative project where you can shape the production according to your vision?
TuKY-Speksi is an entertaining student theatre spectacle that combines elements of interactive improvisational and musical theatre. The interactivity is highlighted by the interaction between the audience and the performers, with the audience being able to influence what happens on stage by shouting ”Omstart!”. In this case, what has just been done on stage is done in another way. The production reaches nearly 1000 viewers each year, and allows up to 70 students to get a break from studying through a variety of activities in the team of Speksi!
“For producers, the majority of the workload is during late spring and early autumn. At the end of the spring, we recruited team leaders and special task holders, as well as the scriptwriting team and the director. At the beginning of autumn, we recruited the rest of the team leaders and their team members. In addition to recruiting, producers take care of chairing meetings, compiling the budget (with our controller), booking rehearsal spaces, aiding the flow of information, supporting teams, and booking the theatre space for next year’s production. When winter begins and the year changes, the teams start focusing on their own areas of expertise and the production moves along on its own.”

Requirements for applicants:
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to commit to the project
- Ability to manage large projects

- Experience working in a management position
- Vision of TuKY-Speksi’s future
- Experience in organizing events
- Previous experience with Speksi
- General interest in theatre
In the role of a producer, you will gain unique experience in project management and experience the deepest essence of Speksi. The project will last approximately one year and requires commitment from the applicant, but also offers an opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind show with a great team!
Leave your mark on TuKY’s cultural legacy and apply either solo or with a pair. If applying alone, individuals will be paired with another solo applicant to form a producer pair in the end.
