Ulkkis HalVa
Iloisaa ja tunnelmallista tiistai-iltaa!
Vuosi alkaa kääntymään loppusuoralle, mikä tarkoittaa sitä, että Ulkkis kääntää kiikarinsa ensi vuotta kohden ja etsii seuraavaa ryhmärämää eli uusia vuoden 2027 hallituslaisiaan!
Ulkkiksen hallituksen jäsenenä pääset kokemaan tapahtumien järjestämisen eturivin paikalta, samalla luoden itsellesi ja muille ikimuistoisen sekä tapahtumarikkaan vuoden. Kokemukset liittävät sinut osaksi ”tarinoita, joita ei vaan voi keksiä”. Ulkkis-perhe on jotain, joka täytyy itse kokea!
Ulkoasiainjaoston sääntömääräinen syyskokous järjestetään Parkin alakerrassa keskiviikkona 4.11.2026 klo 17.00 alkaen. Kokouksessa läsnäolo- ja äänioikeutettuja ovat kaikki Turun KY:n jäsenet. Kokouksessa määritellään Ulkoasiainjaoston hallituksen ensi vuoden pestijaot ja vastuualueet sekä valitaan uusi hallitus vuodelle 2027.
Paikalle voi tulla seuraamaan Ulkkiksen HalVa-tunnelmaa, asettumaan ehdolle kuin äänestämäänkin.
Kokouksessa valitaan henkilöt seuraaviin pesteihin (suluissa nykyisen pestinhaltijan nimi):
- Varapuheenjohtaja (Netta Siitonen)
- Rahastonhoitaja (Pyry Sormunen)
- Yrityssuhdevastaava (Aukusti Majasuo)
- Markkinointivastaava (Aino Okko)
- Tiedottaja (Iiris Räike)
- Art Director (Edla Lindblom)
- Sidosryhmävastaava (Oskari Vainionpää)
- Sihteeri (Heidi Westerholm)

The year is drawing to a close, which means that Ulkkis is turning their binoculars into the next year – and that means new board members for 2027!
As a member of the Ulkkis’ board, you’ll get to experience the excitement and the organisation of events from the front row, whilst creating a fantastic and unforgettable year. These experiences will make you part of ”stories you just couldn’t make up”. The Ulkkis family is something you simply have to experience for yourself!
The Committee of External Affair’s regular autumn meeting will be held downstairs at Parkki on Wednesday, November 4th 2026, starting at 5.00 pm. All members of Turun KY are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. The meeting will determine the positions and areas of responsibility of next year and elect a new board for 2027.
You are welcome to come along to soak up Ulkkis’ HalVa atmosphere, to stand for election, or simply to vote.
The meeting will elect the following positions (current occupants in brackets):

- Treasurer (Pyry Sormunen)
- Corporate Relations Manager (Aukusti Majasuo)
- Marketing Manager (Aino Okko)
- Communicator (Iiris Räike)
