Olympos vuoren Jumalat tähyilevät. Katselevet ympäriinsä. Etsivät kisoja. Ei, nämä kisat eivät ole Tokiossa. Eivät Riossa. Luulisi pian jo alkavan Los Angelesissa, mutta ei tässä paikassa ei ole palmuja. Katse tarkentuu. Kuva hahmottuu. Olympos vuoren jumalat hämmentyvät. Ilmenee joki, pieni sellainen. Voiko olla se aika vuodesta jälleen, kun Olympialaisten Jumalat laskeutuvat Turkuun. Olympos vuori vaihtuu Samppalinnaan. Urheilijat ovatkin urhoollisia kyltereitä. 

KYLUMPIALAISET ovat täällä taas! Oletko valmis kisaamaan legendaarisissa kyltereiden olympialaisissa? Valmiina astumaan lähtöviivalle? Kohtaamaan pahamaineisen pomppulinnan, uusia, entistä hurjempia lajeja, klassikoiden siivittämänä. 

17.4. Klo 16, kun ilta alkaa pian hämärtää, sytytetään KYlumpiatuli 49. kerran Vanhalla Suurtorilla. Tulen johdolla, suuntaavat urhoolliset, voitonhimoiset kylterit yhtenä sankarillisena kulkueena kohti urheilupuistoa ja illan taisteluita. 

Juhlatunnelmaa lisää rakastettu bändimme KYSS, joka takaa kisatunnelman. Lisäksi mukana on DJ pitämässä tahtia yllä!

Kirjoita nimesi kylumpialaisten historiaan. Jo vuodesta 1976 Turun siniset haalarit ovat taistelleet KYlumpialaisten mestaruudesta. Tässä urheilujuhlassa otetaan selvää siitä, ketä suosii KYlompoksen Jumalat. Kerää ympärillesi neljän hengen kokoonpano ja lähde mukaan kisaamaan historialliseen 49. vuosikerran urheiluspektaakkeliin. 

KYlumpialaisissa taistellaan 4 hengen joukkueissa, 56€ (14€/hlö) hintaan. Hintaan sisältyy esimerkiksi pääsy tapahtumaan, kilpailuun osallistuminen, haalarimerkit, ruoat ja yllätyksiä pursuavat, ennennäkemättömät Giftbagit! Kaikkein eniten nesteytystä kaipaaville OPM 😉 ilmoittautuminen ja liput mukaan kilpailuun myydään 1.4. klo 12  wapputapahtumien lipunmyynnissä.  Yksi henkilö ilmoittaa koko joukkueen mukaan karkeloihin. Maineen, kunnian ja papukaijamerkin lisäksi voittajille on luvassa maagisia palkintoja, joten solmi kisakenkäsi tiukalle ja nostata voitontahtosi kattoon. 

Kasaa siis ympärillesi neljän hengen joukkue täynnä verenhimoisia taistelijoita ja valmistaudu KYlompos jumalten urheilujuhaan.

The Gods of Mount Olympus are watching. They gaze around, searching for games. But no, these games are not in Tokyo. Nor in Rio. One might expect them to start soon in Los Angeles, but no – there are no palm trees here. Their vision sharpens. The picture becomes clear. The gods of Mount Olympus are confused. A river appears, a small one. Could it really be that time of the year again, when the Gods of the Olympics descend upon Turku? Mount Olympus is replaced by Samppalinna. The athletes? Brave business students.

KYLUMPIALAISET are back!

Are you ready to compete in the legendary business student Olympics? Ready to step up to the starting line? To face the notorious bouncy castle, new and wilder events, all accompanied by classic challenges?

At 4 PM, as the evening starts to set in, the KYlympic flame will be lit for the 49th time at Vanha Suurtori. Led by the flame, the fearless, victory-hungry business students will march together as a heroic procession towards the sports park and the evening’s battles.

The event’s atmosphere will be electrified by our beloved band KYSS, ensuring the ultimate competition vibes, along with a DJ keeping the rhythm going!

Write your name in KYlumpialaiset history! Since 1976, Turku’s blue overalls have fought for the KYlumpialaiset championship. This sporting celebration will reveal who is favored by the Gods of KYlompus. Gather your team of four and join the historic 49th annual sports spectacle!

The price is 56€ per team (14€/person), that includes entry to the event, participation in the competition, overall patches, food, and exclusive, surprise-filled gift bags!

Tickets & registration open March 31st at Wappu event ticket sales. One person registers the entire team for the games. In addition to fame, glory, and eternal bragging rights, the winners will receive magical prizes! So tighten your laces and ignite your competitive spirit!
