Huhtikuu tuo vapun merkeissä mukanaan tapahtumia kerrakseen: kaikkea aina vuoden kovimmista bileistä rennompaan yhdessäoloon ja urheiluun. Mutta mitä olisi vappu ilman perinteistä piknikkiä toukokuisena kevätpäivänä Vartiovuorenpuistossa?

Tule juhlistamaan Vappukauden huipennusta, Vappupiknikkiä yhdessä Merkantila Klubbenin kanssa, torstaina 1.5. klo 12 Turun vartiovuorelle! Luvassa on yhdessäoloa ja opiskelijoiden vuoden kohokohdasta nauttimista, unohtamatta maukkaita tarjoiluja. Tarjoiluista huolimatta suosittelemme ottamaan mukaan kuitenkin myös omaa evästä ja virvoketta, mikäli suurempi nälkä iskee tai suuta kuivaa vapun rientojen päätteeksi.

Kyseessä on vapun viimeinen tapahtuma, jota ei kannata missata! Pue siis haalarit ja valkolakki yllesi ja suuntaa piknikille juhlistamaan vappua vielä viimeisen kerran. Ja mikä parasta, tapahtuma on kaiken lisäksi myös täysin ilmainen!

Osallistuessasi Turun KY:n alaiseen tapahtumaan sitoudut noudattamaan yhdistyksen Code of TuKY -dokumenttia ja sen mukaisia toimintaperiaatteita.

April brings a wealth of events in celebration of May Day season: everything from the biggest parties of the year to more relaxed get-togethers and sports. But what would May Day season be without the traditional picnic on a beautiful spring day at Vartiovuori Park?

Come and celebrate the highlight of the May Day season, the May Day Picnic together with Merkantila Klubben, on Thursday 1st of May at Vartiovuori Park in Turku! There will be time to get together and enjoy the highlight of the students’ year, as well as delicious treats. While there will be some refreshments available, we recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks in case you get hungry or thirsty after all the May Day festivities.

This is the final event of the season — one you definitely don’t want to miss! So put on your overalls and student cap, grab your picnic gear, and come celebrate May Day one last time. And best of all, the event is completely free!
