Kachooow kultsit!

Elämä on moottoritie ja kuulemma se jopa jatkuu Kehä kolmosen ulkopuolelle, who knew? Jossain tuolla tien päässä häämöttää kaukainen kandiland (tai maisteriland), jonka saavuttamiseksi täytyy vielä tehdä lukemattomia pit stoppeja ja poimia mukaan noppia. Pitkissä moottoriteissä ja yliopistoelämässä on kuitenkin yhdistäviä tekijöitä: huhujen mukaan molemmissa on jokin päämäärä, eikä kummastakaan selviä hengissä ilman vastamelukuulokkeita ja hyvää viihdettä.

Jotta tätä pitkää tietä jaksaa kulkea, täytyy menopelistään pitää huolta eli tankata, huoltaa ja katsastaa. (Niille, jotka eivät vielä ymmärtäneet: tässä puhutaan opiskelijoista eikä autoista). Jos etuvalosi (silmät) eivät enää kestä pikkuruista puhelimen näyttöä ja sinusta tuntuu, etteivät hätävalosi (kylmä hiki ja pala kurkussa) sammu, vaikka kuinka yrittäisit rentoutua – ei huolta!

Illan elokuvan valitsette te! Kulttiksen Instagram-tilille @kulttis pamahtaa ensi maanantaina kolme hallituksen tarkasti kuratoimaa elokuvaa, joista te pääsette valitsemaan voittajan valkokankaalle.

Kaiva siis takakontista mukavimmat pieruverkkarisi, nappaa lempparileffasnäksisi mukaan ja käännä auton nokka kohti toista kotiasi eli iki-ihanaa kouluamme!

Kachoooow!

Life is a highway, and it even continues beyond the Ring Road III, who knew? Somewhere at the end of the road, lies the far-off Bachelorland (or Masterland), but to reach it, you still have to make countless pit stops and pick up some credits along the way. Long highways and university life have a few things in common: you won’t survive either one without noise-canceling headphones and some good entertainment. 

To keep this long road somewhat bearable, you must take care of your ride, which means refueling, maintenance and inspections. (And for those who haven’t caught on yet: we are talking about students here, not cars). If your headlights (eyes) can no longer handle that tiny phone screen, and it feels like your hazard lights (cold sweat and a lump in your throat) won’t turn off no matter how much you try to relax – don’t worry!

Kulttis wants to make you an offer you can’t refuse: A MOVIE NIGHT!!!

Yes, you heard that right. The long-awaited movie night is finally here, and best of all, it’s completely free! Take a well-deserved break and park yourself in a seat at the Lähitapiola-sali on Monday, Feb 16th. The movie starts at 6:30 PM and seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to show up early.

You choose the movie for the night! Next Monday, we’ll drop three carefully curated movies on our Instagram @kulttis. You get to vote for the winner that makes it to the big screen.

So, dig out your comfiest sweatpants from the trunk, grab your favourite movie snacks, and head toward your second home: our beloved school!
