Turun KY
The Turun KY office is located on the ground floor of the Turku School of Economics, in the corridor between Monttu and Mercatori. In the office you will find, for example, the operators’ mailboxes and the working spaces of TuKY’s employees and the board. From spring 2024, the Executive Director’s on-call times will be moved to Wanha Narikka, on the upper level of the Mercatori. During the Executive Director’s on-call times, you can come in to ask questions about TuKY, buy yourself the association ribbon or rent lockers in the corridors of the School of Economics, among other things. The on-call times for the second period of autumn 2024 semester are held on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Most up-to-date info about the on-call times can be found every week in our Instagram. For questions about TuKY, you can contact the Executive Director, who can be reached outside office hours by e-mail.

Harassment contact persons
Turun KY has zero tolerance for all harassment. We do not tolerate physical or verbal harassment, bullying or other inappropriate behaviour. However, if you encounter such situations, you can contact our harassment contact persons. Turun KY’s harassment contact persons are Minttu Agarth, Executive Director, and Robert Vehma, the Head of Educational Affairs of TuKY’s board.
You can contact them using the form below, which also includes the option to remain completely anonymous. The form will be forwarded to hairinta@tuky.fi, which is read by both of our harassment contact persons. You can also contact either of our harassment contact persons directly at minttu.agarth@tuky.fi or robert.vehma@tuky.fi.
Your case will only be dealt with by one or both of our harassment contact persons, depending on how you want to be contacted and your preferences. The harassment contact persons are bound by absolute confidentiality towards all parties and no third party will be brought into your case without your permission. If necessary, our harassment contact persons will consult with the TYY harassment contact persons, and any sanctions imposed will be decided by the Chair of the Board of Turun KY.
We understand that it may feel difficult to bring up some issues under your own name, which is why the form also gives you the option to remain anonymous. Please note, however, that cases where the person reporting is anonymous may be more difficult to resolve.

However, the form gives you the option to choose one of the harassment contact persons to handle your case, if you wish. You can choose to remain completely anonymous, in which case you can leave the name field completely blank. The form will notify you when the message has been successfully sent.
