    Dear member of Turun KY, 

    The Association of the Economics Students in Turku will hold its Spring Assembly on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, at 08:30 in the L\u00e4hitapiola Hall at TSE.<\/strong> In the Association, the highest decision-making power is exercised by the general Assemblies of the Association. All members of the association have the right to vote at the Assembly. Voting rights can only be exercised in person at the Assembly. <\/strong>You may follow the Assembly remotely through the YouTube livestream, which will be held on Turun KY\u2019s channel. 

    In the Assembly, the following will be approved: The composition of the Honorary Council, changes to Turun KY\u2019s Finance Sector, updates to the rules for financial management, updates to the guidelines for clubs, updates to the guidelines for committees and updates to the honorary society regulation. Additionally, the 2025 annual report, financial statement, and auditors\u2019 statement will also be presented, and discharge from liability will be granted to the previous year\u2019s board and other responsible parties. 

    To improve the efficiency of the meeting, we hope that you will familiarise yourself with the meeting materials in advance. If you have any questions about the Assembly or the agenda, feel free to ask them in advance from the chair of the board, Emma Torniainen (puheenjohtaja@tuky.fi)
