KOKOUSKUTSU: Turun KY:n ylimääräinen yhdistyksen kokous 20.11.2025 / Invitation to the Extraordinary General Assembly of Turun KY on 20.11.2025
Turun kauppatieteiden ylioppilaat ry järjestää ylimääräisen yhdistyksen yleiskokouksen torstaina 20.11.2025 klo 09:00 Turun kauppakorkeakoulun OP-salissa.
Yhdistyksen kokous käyttää yhdistyksen ylintä päätösvaltaa. Kokouksessa äänivaltaisia ovat kaikki yhdistyksen varsinaiset jäsenet. Omaa äänioikeuttaan voi käyttää vain paikan päällä kokouksessa. Kokousta ei ole mahdollista seurata etänä.
Kokouksessa valitaan yhdistyksen hallitukseen vuodelle 2026 sosiaalipoliittinen vastaava.
Ehdolle vuoden 2026 sosiaalipoliittiseksi vastaavaksi on mahdollista asettua kokouksessa. Pestiin hakijoiden tulee lähtökohtaisesti osallistua kokoukseen paikan päällä OP-salissa. Hallitukseen voi hakea etänä vain äärimmäisen painavasta syystä, ja asiasta tulee ilmoittaa etukäteen hallituksen puheenjohtajalle (puheenjohtaja@tuky.fi) viimeistään keskiviikkona 19.11.2025 klo 12:00.
Ote yhdistyslaista: Hallitus tai yhdistyksen kokous voi päättää, että yhdistyksen kokoukseen saa osallistua 1–3 momentissa säädetyn lisäksi postin taikka tietoliikenneyhteyden ja teknisen apuvälineen avulla ennen yhdistyksen kokousta tai kokouksen aikana, jollei säännöissä rajoiteta tai kielletä tällaisen osallistumiskeinon tarjoamista. Hallitus tai yhdistyksen kokous voi päättää, että tässä momentissa tarkoitetulla tavalla voi käyttää vain osaa jäsenen oikeuksista ja että oikeutta voi käyttää vain sen päättämällä tavalla, jollei säännöissä toisin määrätä.
Kuntalaiset voivat seurata tilaisuutta ja esittää kysymyksiä paikan päällä OP-salissa. Turun KY:n jäsenyys tarkistetaan kokoussalin ovella ennen pääsyä saliin. Varauduthan siis todistamaan jäsenyytesi käyttäen Suomen Ekonomien eLounge-palvelua.

The Association of Economics Students in Turku will hold an Extraordinary Assembly on Thursday, 20 November 2025 at 09:00 in OP-sali at the Turku School of Economics.
The Assembly exercises the highest decision-making power of the Association. All regular members of the Association have the right to vote in the Assembly.Members may exercise their voting rights only by being physically present at the Assembly. It is not possible to follow the Assembly remotely.
At the Assembly, the Head of Social Affairs for the Association’s Board for the year 2026 will be elected.
It is possible to stand for the position of Head of Social Affairs for 2026 during the Assembly. Applicants for the position are expected to attend the Assembly in person in OP-sali. Remote applications are only allowed for extremely compelling reasons, and the matter must be reported in advance to the Chair of the Board (puheenjohtaja@tuky.fi) no later than Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 12:00.

The board or the general meeting of an association may decide that members are allowed to participate in the meeting, in addition to what is provided in subsections 1–3, by post or by using a data connection and a technical device before or during the meeting, unless restricted or prohibited by the association’s rules. The board or the general meeting may also decide that only some of the members’ rights can be exercised in this manner and only in the manner determined by the board or the meeting, unless otherwise provided in the rules.
