Transaction Services Analyst

to be based in Helsinki.

The KPMG Transaction Services team provides top level financial and commercial advice to our domestic and international clients within various industries. KPMG’s Transaction Services is a part of our Advisory Services consisting of over 300 management consultants. We help our international and domestic private equity and corporate clients to plan, execute and complete M&A transactions.

Within Transaction Services we offer services related to Financial, Commercial and Operational Due Diligence as well as Restructuring, Separation and Integration services.

As a Transaction Services Analyst you will participate in customer projects related to corporate and private equity acquisitions and disposals. You will accomplish the projects in close cooperation with colleagues and clients.

Do you have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire for continuous learning and success? If so, you sound like an excellent addition into our team!

As an ideal candidate, you are graduated (or just about to graduate) with a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, preferably majored in Finance or Accounting. We also expect some previous working experience in Deal Advisory-related tasks or in finance.

We expect you to have a strong theoretical background in Finance and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in addition to proficient Excel, Alteryx and Power BI skills. You are fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish, with language skills in Swedish being an additional asset.
